OPERATIONS MANAGER
From a young age, Jason has enjoyed working with his hands - from painting and constructing to demolition, he’s tried it all. After high school, he attended trade classes at Johnston Community College in Smithfield, NC where he began his journey in the construction industry.
More than 30 years later, he’s still driven to grow, improve and succeed. However, his biggest goal is to impact and develop people. Jason values the opportunity to help someone achieve their dreams and with “Live Compassionately” as his favorite WILD core value, he hopes to continue to serve others in that way across the company, community and at home.
While off the job, he enjoys spending time with family - especially his two grandchildren! He also enjoys hunting, fishing and spending time outdoors whenever possible.
