A Salemburg, NC native, Cody has spent his entire life on a farm. From poultry to produce, agriculture sparked his interest and inspired him to attend North Carolina State University to pursue a degree in Agriculture Business Management.

After years of being involved in the industry in some capacity, Cody is still energized by the opportunity to help things grow and prosper - from crops and cattle to continuing to develop his team and sharing his expertise in farm operations. “A Will To Win” is his favorite WILD core value, leading him to stay motivated to make a positive impact for the company and his community.

When he’s not working, Cody enjoys hunting, fishing and spending time with his family.
