Wilders Wagyu Welcomes Andrew and Nicole Coates to Lead Cattle and Performance Horse Programs

We are thrilled to announce two new faces joining our WILD team: Andrew and Nicole Coates! Effective immediately, Andrew and Nicole will oversee the Wagyu and Performance Horse programs at Wilders.

The Coates’ come to us from out West, bringing strong industry experience and deep knowledge of developing a Wagyu herd. Beyond their expertise working with cattle, Andrew and Nicole are aligned with our deep-rooted appreciation for the land, our respect for the animals we raise, and our WILD core values: Will to Win, Intentional Adaptability, Live Compassionately, Disciplined Execution.

“Andrew and Nicole will be transformative for the Wagyu and Performance Horse divisions at Wilders and I am overjoyed to have them join our team,” says Jake Newbold, Director of Agriculture at Wilders. “They will be critical in our mission to continue producing the highest quality 100% fullblood Wagyu beef, and we look forward to learning from them and growing alongside them.”

Cultivating Culture, Crafting Wagyu – this is what Wilders is all about – and without our people, it wouldn’t be possible. We cannot wait to begin this WILD journey with Andrew and Nicole on our team and witness what is possible for Wilders.
