Jake Newbold
DIRECTOR OF AGRICULTURE
Since the age of 13, Jake has worked on a farm and was eventually introduced to the cattle industry in Bunn, NC. After graduating from North Carolina State University with a degree in Agricultural Business Management, he ventured out to try something new. Intrigued by the rarity of the cows and the opportunity to grow the Wilders brand, he decided to explore Wagyu.
Now, with 19 years of experience in agriculture, Jake is proud to be a part of a growing brand with goals to positively impact the industry here in the United States. From elevating their standardized operating procedures to leading successful seed stock Wagyu sales and beyond - Jake looks forward to the challenge knowing his favorite WILD core value is “A Will To Win”!
When he’s not at work, Jake is most likely enjoying the outdoors - whether fishing, hunting or grilling up some of his favorite Wagyu for his wife and two daughters.
