CONTROLLER

Growing up on a farm in Maiden, NC and with her dad working for the USDA, Erica has always been intrigued and surrounded by the agricultural industry. A natural with numbers, she attended North Carolina State University to master in Accounting and continued to utilize both skill sets when she took on her role as Controller.

Wearing many hats at Wilders, Erica prides herself on her versatility. With her favorite WILD core value being “Intentional Adaptability”, she thrives in settings that allow her to create systems and processes to better manage logistics.

A woman of many interests, she enjoys golfing, pickleball, yoga and playing with her miniature goldendoodle, Phoebe.
